princess and i arrived around 520 pm and found a lot of people and a lot of food and a lot of liquor.   prodigal and sagittarius sound were holding the vibes steady w'/some foundation riddims coming out of the speaker boxes set up in the lawn powered by a generator a few feet away.

everything was there that one could have asked for- even bathrooms right near by that came in handy after i beat too much water, haha.  one thing was missing though- DANCING! i don't get it. maybe it was early and people were afraid to dance in the light, but i only saw maybe 3 people dancing if that and 2 of them were dancing while sitting at tables so i don't  know if i really can count them or not.  well, that's ok because we still bust the new bashy dashy, the drive by and the taliban dances and had to show the people some vibes. 

maybe they started the dancing after we left around 730  because there were more people coming at that time still.  the rum punch was pretty strong from what i hear, but it ran out around 6pm or so, so maybe next time more rum will bring more dancing fun, i dunno.  even though the dancing was scarce, it was great to hear some nice tunes under the sky for a change. that's one thing we don't get much of in chicago, so hopefully saggi and treez promotions will bring us more of the same (from what i hear-they will!)...
