we arrived around 1am to the juggling sounds of bass odyssey.  bass odyssey and sagittarius sound took turns on the wheels until around 2:30 am when lady saw took the stage with some wicked lyrics about how she likes a man to lick her 'hmmm hmm hmmm hmmm'.  now, if we thought bass odyssey was a little crazy for asking the woman if they 'bow' and then saying if they didn't then that's why they can't keep their man, that was nothing compared to lady saw's all out endorsement of the oral pleasures.
  the long time queen dj of dancehall took the mic and furiously dj'd with such passion, precision and confidence, that it is hard to understand why she was in the radisson instead of the chicago theater or some other 'toppa top venue' for big big stars, but that's how dancehall goes, and that's a whole other article all together.

lady saw called a man up onstage to see if he could handle her, and she dropped to the ground and tested his 'backshot style' skills. next, she called a woman from the crowd onstage and asked for a man to challenge her in a pseudo 'bedwork competition'. the first man that came onstage failed the test, but the second, i think his name was shaka tiger, took the woman by storm and gave some wicked backshots, with his hands on the ground, bucking his legs high into the air and then lifting this sizeable woman up in the air w/her legs wrapped around his waist for some more standing work.  the crowd went wild as lady saw continued into her favorites such as 'backshots', 'ninja bike' and many more off of her new upcoming album.

lady saw left the stage quickly after a strong 35 minute or so performance and bass odyssey took back the juggling and carried the dance out until the wee hours of the morning-we left at around 4 and it was  still going strong.
